| This thesis aimed to design a universal low voltage converter for medium asynchronous motor.Inverter (Variable-frequency Drive, VFD) is the application of inverter technology and microelectronic technology, by changing the electrical operating power to control the frequency of the AC motor power control equipment. Contains a rectifier (AC to DC) module, filter modules, inverters (DC to AC) module, brake module, driver module, the detection module, micro-processing module. Breaking through the IGBT to adjust the voltage and frequency output power, according to the actual needs of the motor to provide power supply voltage they need, and thus achieve the purpose of energy conservation, the governor, in addition, there are a lot of drive protection features such as over-current, over voltage, overload protection and so on.The low voltage converter adopt constant ratio of voltage and frequency control method and SVPWM algorithm. Main circuit adopted the typical of AC-DC-AC general converter structure. Control circuit designed based on the digital signal controller TMS320F2407and serial communication, detection circuit, buttons, auxiliary power supply and fault protection circuit. Module package was used in this converter. The basic functions of general low-voltage inverter and power frequency switching capacity were realized. The RS-485serial interface was used to realize the communication with the host computer.With the application of frequency conversion speed regulation technology in various fields, Variable frequency speed control of AC motor has become the contemporary Motor Trend. |
