According to the present situation, this paperstudies the key elements of human, machine, material, coating process method, ringmachine, material, method, loop, in order to improve the physical quality of products,reduce cost, improve labor productivity.H company paint supply mode although chemicals centralized management, butthe existing management organization is not clear, not clear division of labor, especialcondition, lawless situation; therefore, further research on the centralizedmanagement of chemicals through this topic, to regulate the chemicals centralizedmanagement operation flow.Coating strict environmental control is largely about the quality of spraying. Inthis paper, coating cleaning further research work, and put forward the concept ofmodularization management site cleaning, in order to improve the actual effect ofcleaning work.In this paper, coating and common defects analysis, using some methods ofquality control in the formation mechanism, analysis method and so on, in order toimprove the control level of coating defects, analysis of causes of defects, it canprevent in advance, and through the work above is summarized, the formation of a setof methods to solve the problems.Painting equipment is in good condition, is the key to ensure the normal order ofproduction and quality of coating of the coating. This paper studies some keyequipment principle and the control points, on the spot control to clear, and theformation of field inspection and operation documents, standardized management, toform an anti wrong site equipment management, improve equipment OEE.
