According to the continuous improvement of the national economy at the sametime, the land utilization rate is higher and higher, for building structure prior toreinforcement, back into the development and construction of a gradually increasingtrend. In our country, the development of foundation reinforcement is not very perfect,utilization of existing structure is not very good. Therefore, the analysis of theexisting foundation and reinforcement, further research is particularly important.In this paper, combined with a comprehensive office building their own actualparticipation in Hunan Province ChangSha City is based on the floor arch destructionengineering example in this paper, based on the analysis of foundation slabreinforcement, the later can achieve the anticipated reinforcement of the results, theexisting buildings in the continuation of enhanced functionality and lifetime. Hopethat through this study, can provide the similar projects to provide certain reference tothe reinforcement treatment.In order to strengthen the work of arch destruction of the base plate, first throughthe site and combined with the geological survey report, reasonable analysis thereasons of foundation slab arch failure is due to the influence of underground waterlevel. Secondly, before reinforcement design on base plate, in order to avoid thedestruction of the scene, the foundation slab concrete taken temporary timely remedialmeasures. The foundation slab arch damage caused by upper structure damage alsocarried out survey and reinforcement through relevant technology. For the anti archmeasures foundation to the reasonable selection of the scheme, the construction isconvenient and economic construction of rapid anti floating anchor, type and bindingsite reasonable choice of anti float anchor, arrangement of design of anti floatinganchor. Finally, through the reinforcement of foundation slab after the acceptance testof anti float anchor, and the settlement observation foundation, setting up controlpoints through the acceptance set and basis of anti floating anchor, settlementobservation value and the average settlement rate to ensure the safety of the strengthened.Finally, based on reinforcing the foundation, and ultimately meet theconstruction of the upper structure, to achieve the desired results.
