Permanent synchronous motor(PMSM) eliminates the need for excitation device and the loss of excitation system,so it has higher efficiency than any other electrical excitation motor. And it also eliminates the field windings and the excitation power, which makes its structure more simple.Compared to the asynchronous motor which is the widely used in earlier motor control system, permanent magnet synchronous motor has many advantages, such as:high efficiency, high power factor and torque ratio. So with the development of high temperature performance permanent magnetic materials such as:Nd,Fe,B as well as electronic technology and the reduce of price, the permanent magnet synchronous motors is going to be more widely used in national defense, industrial and agricultural production and other aspects of daily life.Permanent magnet synchronous motor control system is developing forward power, high performance and miniaturization direction.There are a lot of control methods of PMSM and each control method has its own characteristics. In this paper, a new low-cost position sensor (the magnetic encoder based on looking-up table) was added to the vector control system of PMSM, and the feasibility and performance of the system was studied. Then we searched the starting current and the speed track performance of the vector control method(id=0)compared with the VF control method.After that this paper described the advantages of vector control method(id=0), the main contents are as follows:(1) Described the physical structure of the PMSM and analysis why it has a number of advantages of the above fundamentally. Then mathematical model of PMSM motor is given the the three coordinate systems commonly used in motor model analysis.(2) Analyzed the working principle of each module of PMSM)vector control system, and introduced how the new type of magnetic encode works.Proved the feasibility of the program by simulation software. (3) Add the new position sensor to the electric vehicle drive system and do some vectorcontrol experiments. The hardware platform includes an inverter circuit, a current samplingamplifier, the position signal detection circuit. Programs are written by CCS3.3developmentplatform,and the dual loop control system is used to achieve the vector control of PMSM.At thethe results were analyzed. |
