With the development of science and technology, AC speed control system and brushlessDC motor has been developed rapidly. And they have gradually replaced the brush DC motorspeed trend. But thanks to DC brush servo’s unique high performance, it can easily bevariable speed and has good speed performance, so until now, it has not been replaced.Especially in some cost sensitive ordinary industrial and civil occasions are widely used. Sothe motor speed control system of the research has important practical significance.The design fully consider the case of cost and reliability of speed control system,usingsmall power DC motor as the object, using the STM32103f chip of ST company as thecontrol core, and using the power electronic switch IGBT, the use of advanced PWMtechnology designed to DC speed regulating system of low cost,reliable work and low costintelligent control.This paper detailed the principle of dc speed contro.Comparing the advantages anddisadvantages of different control methods,we select the speed PWM control technology.Through speed regulation system the effect of static and dynamic characteristics of system inthe current speed double closed-loop mathematical model is established. Then introduces theselecting system of main circuit, the power device driver and protection circuit, currentfeedback and speed feedback circuit and touch screen interface circuit.After in-depth study ofthe chip software development platform, complete software programming. And each functionmodule of the software design are introduced in detail, such as current loop, speed PI controlloop PI control, fault interrupt, touch screen is introduced. Finally test the performance of thesystem to verify the stability and reliability of the system.
