In recent years, high-speed railway construction and development make so that once the "sunset industry" to glow of a new youth and vitality, and promote the development of the world’s great railway undertakings. when the world applause for the leap-forward development of China’s high-speed rail, at the same time, also concerned about the safety of high-speed railway. Although compared to cars, planes and other modes of transport, the high-speed rail is relatively safe, but not without the presence of unexpected events that may occur. Therefore, analysis the correlation between the high-speed rail operation process safety factors and accidents, Identify weaknesses in various sectors, provide reasoned reference for the future development of high-speed rail, with important practical significance for the operation.In this paper, taking Taiyuan Railway Administration as an example, full reference to the actual situation, screening in actual operation process to find out common multiple safety factor, On the basis of the research status at home and abroad, perform Correlation analysis of in-depth detailed. Firstly, the high-speed rail operations process will be divided into machines、labor、electricity、vehicles departments, then each department will be divided man、 machine、rings、tubes four sub-systems, screening out the safety factors through field investigation and literature, and select the main factors for the safety factor of the department’s various departments using principal component analysis, design the survey questionnaire for the degree of safety reasons, then, do data sample collection, combine the theoretical study with the actual situation. Then model using SEM to give quantitative analysis, identify weaknesses in the different sectors, and give the correlations between the weak link and the operator accidents, put forward security countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the high-speed rail safety, provide a theoretical basis and help for accident prevention.This paper will organically combine with questionnaire、statistical analysis、principal component analysis、SEM and SPSS、AMOS analysis software, apply them to the high-speed rail operators process safety factor correlation analysis, make a point of establishing a SEM model with safety factors and accidents to improve the security of high-speed rail operations processes. By using validation of the model, the SEM model can well detect the weak links, safety factors that cannot be quantitatively analyzed can be solved.In this paper, for reducing the safe accidents of high-speed rail operation, strengthening the monitor of the weak links of various departments and the security chain, to prevent and control the accidents from the source, then, reduce the high rate of high-speed rail accidents and ensure the safety of passenger life and property with guidance and practical significance.
