Frame-shear wall structure is widely used in China’s high-rise buildings becauseof its broad applicability.On the other hand the structure it itself has a good seismicperformance. Good structural optimization design for high-rise buildings, can not onlymake a significant reduction in cost, but also can make the structure under seismicaction more reasonable force to ensure the safety of the structure.In the frame-shear structure, since the frame and shear walls are connectedtogether by a rigid floor, their use as anti-lateral force structure and mechanicalproperties of deformation of a completely different. But when subjected to horizontalloads, can only be maintained under the same circumstances lateral cooperative work(provided that the twisted structure is not considered within the range). Both bear adirect result of the level of load force relationship is more complex. It must be proratedcalculated with reference to the case of the two work together.Shear stiffness is relatively large. If the shear has different number and differentarranged location, after calculation analysis of the structure the just heart and centroidposition will be very different. For the size of the resulting shear stiffness also have asignificant impact. The shear stiffness related to the seismic performance and economicstructure or not. So to solve the problem of the number and location of shear walls,shear stiffness characteristics to determine the appropriate value of the frame are shearstructure optimization design vital links.In this paper, based on frame-shear structure collaborative works by establishing amathematical model to solve the structure of the optimal stiffness ranges. Thencombined with engineering examples, based on the initial program and the largestinter-layer structure optimized displacement angle, solving rigidity characteristics.Using the above method were compared before and after the high-rise building structureoptimization. Then use the optimization program for seismic analysis of shear wall.After calculation SATWE finite element analysis software, do structural stabilityanalysis by using the ratio of periodic structures, displacement ratio, the ratio of shearbearing capacity and the shear weight ratio. Through the data and display the results ingraph form, for shear wall optimization analysis. Verify the reasonableness of the optimal layout of shear walls.
