National Economic and Social Development Statistics data released by the National Bureau of Statistics in2013show that total energy consumption in China was3.75billion tons of standard coal considerable, but only about40%of the world level energy utilization efficiency, indicating that the level of energy use in China has much room for improvement, to solve this problem.the adjustment of energy structure and take energy saving measures is the key.The building energy consumption in China increased significantly year after year, has reached32%of energy consumption of the whole society. Our existing building area of40billion m2, and new construction of annually nearly2billion m2. of which over95%is still a high-energy building. If we continue to perform lower levels of energy efficiency design standards, we will have a heavy burden on energy consumption and management. The total energy consumption in hot water of life accounts for about10%to20%of the total energy consumption. In this system.there is a disparity to produce the same amount of energy by different heat sources. In order to optimize the selection of heat source.we regard hot water project of a hospital in Shijiazhuang as the study object.optimization results based on solar energy as a heat source is appropriate on the premise of existing heat sources (coal, oil. natural gas. electricity, solar) as alternative, make use of AHP.The hot water quota and temperature of water heater should be based on the traditional heat source heating equipment in water supply and drainage design norm for Building"(GB50015-2009),lack of relevant parameters specifically for heating equipment that new energy as a heat source such as solar.therefore.it is difficult to meet the characteristics of the design, such as large up-front investment. seasonal. The aim of this paper is to achieve the purpose of reducing building energy consumption of hot water by optimize hot water quota and other parameters based on civil water-saving design standards, the newly promulgated (GB50555-2010).
