| Unmanned helicopter technology is an important branch of today’s helicoptertechnology development, due to small size, no personnel on board, so it canaccomplish many manned helicopter impossible task. In today’s rapid development ofmodern technology, automatic control technology and microelectronics technologyhave been greatly developed in these two technology-based UAV technology hasbegun to enter the high-speed development period, its applications are increasinglybeing used, in addition, as with other unmanned helicopter manned helicopters do nothave a unique look fine features, so its value is higher and higher, more and morepeople accept, so the research value of the unmanned helicopter technology is gettinghigher and higher.Data acquisition system is an important part of unmanned helicopters, which cancapture the state of the electrical signal unmanned helicopter, the monitoring systemfailures, strengthen research and exploration work in this area is necessary. Thesystem is mainly to achieve the electrical system output fault condition monitoring,collect multi-channel electrical system voltage and current signals, receiveinstructions from the flight control computer to complete the collection andmonitoring of signals for storage and transmission functions. System operationmode: multi-channel analog voltage signal through the filter, an isolationamplifying, converted to a voltage signal without interference of highfrequency analog signals, the pre-processed analog signal via the ADC unit into adigital signal. On behalf of the fault signal switch signal and analog signal is sent tothe processor unit together. Collected data processor according to a fixed rulecombinations together, according to the current system time, the corresponding data isstored in the storage location. System using communication module and the flightcontrol computer contact, the use of external expansion memory temporary datacollected. Monitoring module monitors the entire system runs throughout the state,when the discovery of a module failure, immediately start troubleshooting procedures,and report the fault by pulling status signals to the flight control computer.This paper introduces a design of data acquisition system for electrical signalacquisition of the pilotless helicopter, system uses STM32chip as the main control chip to control the electrical signal acquisition, processing, storage andcommunication. |
