This paper chooses a two-dimensional FGM plate consisted of Ti-6Al-4V、Al1100and ZrO2as the object of study, defining its property parameter model using mixingrules which possess practical significance. Through introducing the concept of relativeconvective heat transfer coefficient, based on heat transfer theory, we write thecalculation program of the finite element method, and solve the problem of temperaturefield of the plate in the convective heat transfer boundary conditions. Based on linearelastic theory, we solve its stress field problem under thermomechanical load by the useof a program. According to the calculation results, we analyse the influence law ofcomponent distribution, porosity, the coefficient of heat transfer and other factors on thedistribution of temperature field and the distribution of stress field.The temperature field calculation results of the two-dimensional FGM elastic plateshow that the composition distribution coefficients both in x direction and y directionhave certain influence on its temperature field distribution. With the increase ofdistribution coefficient, temperature gradient in the plate decreases. As a result, itstemperature field distribution easing. The influence of porosity on the temperature fielddistribution of the two-dimensional FGM is the same as the composition distributioncoefficient. But the influence of relative coefficient of heat transfer and the temperatureof surrounding medium on its temperature field distribution is in contrast. With theincrease of their value, temperature gradient in the plate increases gradually, and theuniformity of temperature field distribution reduces. In addition, consideringtemperature dependency also has influence on the temperature field distribution of thegradient plate.The stress field calculation results of the two-dimensional FGM elastic plate showthat the composition distribution coefficient both in x direction and y direction, porosity,the coefficient of heat transfer and the temperature of surrounding medium all havecertain influence on its stress field distribution, and the influence law is the same astheir influence on the temperature field distribution of the plate in principle. Besides, themechanical boundary conditions, the mode and the value of mechanical loading have asignificant impact on the stress field distribution of the gradient plate. The former twofactors decide the basic characteristics of the stress field distribution, and the latter one determines the distribution range of stress value. Same to the temperature, consideringtemperature dependency also affects the stress field distribution of the gradient plate,and the effect is greater than its effect on temperature field distribution.By the contrast of stress field distribution of one-dimensional FGM elastic plateand two-dimensional FGM elastic plate under the same condition, we conclude thattwo-dimensional FGM elastic plate has better stress relaxation properties.The results of this study will provide a efficient theoretical basis for the preparationand design of two-dimensional FGM under thermomechanical load.
