| The mill servo cylinder’s static and dynamic performance parameters haveimportant significance for the fault diagnosis and detection of AGC system.However,the mill servo cylinder of testing method and system still exist somedisadvantages at home and abroad.Particularly, the displacement sensor’s installationis the key factor to the dynamic response.In order to better complete the test,it refersto the related national hydraulic test standards,based on rolling mill servo cylinder,carried out some research into the following several aspects.Firstly, the load frame must have sufficient strength and rigidity.Therefore,theframe is analyzed base on finite-element method in this paper.With the help ofsoftware ANSYS,we get the frame’s stress diagram and strain diagram in the staticresearch.Secondly,by the frame’s dynamic research,we get the influence on the dynamicperformance of mill servo cylinder.Thirdly, for the shortage of the displacement sensor’s disturbance signal due tovibration,a new testing method based on strain gauge for the mill servo cylinder wasput forward. In order to prove the validity of the strain gauge testing method.,Weuse ANSYS to analyze it.Forthly, on the basis of the original equipment in the laboratory, we make plan toaccomplish the test.With the aid of the BP neural network,we find the relationshipbetween the frame’s strain and the displacement of servo cylinder. And uesing theframe’s strain to replace sensor displacement’s signal, developed a new test method. |
