| With the power grid enterprises promoting the construction of intelligent power system, the new technology has been developed and the substation specification has been continuously improved. Our country’s substation intelligence has become an important part of smart grid. Based on the communications format IEC61850, a unified standard, intelligent substation by using intelligent primary equipments, and networked secondary equipments can automatically detect and analyze signals, control and protect the operations, monitor and adjust the operating mode, Other high-end applications also can be achieved such as unattended substation according to system requirements.Intelligent substation is one of the core platforms to achieve energy conversion and control in the construction of strong and smart grid, as well as an important foundation and support for strong and smart grid, and the primary devices intelligence is one of the important signs of intelligent substation. From the perspective of design and collaboration process of intelligent components and unit, this paper has made an exploratory study.First, this paper introduces the development status and research trends of electronic transformers, switches, transformers and other important once the device in intelligent substations, and analyzes the solutions to achieve intelligence of primary equipments in compliance with IEC61850standard, designs the whole structure of intelligent primary equipments. Also, the intelligence components’ working process has been specifically analyzed in order to determine the combinations of equipment and intelligent components. As for the network structure for communication of substations, we also give an analysis for it’s feasibility.Then, the paper designed some of the intelligence units. Based on the fusion of IEC61850and Multi-Agent-based semantics, we selected Multi-Agent technology to work together between units (selecting condition monitoring unit and operating unit for example) and selected phase-selection switching technology as an example for simulation.Finally, we modeled on communications unit about information as the basis of IEC61850standard (based on the information monitored). Firstly, we constructed the corresponding logical nodes according to the monitoring function, then determined the data and attributes of logical nodes, then established the information model. Determine the service model between the communication units and between the host units at the station level and communication units. Finally generate real-time database for MMS running and provides an idea for the study of primary devices intelligentizing. |
