Energy is always the basis of human surviving and improving. The Irrationality of energy structure and low efficiency have coming up with a lot of social and environmental problems for a long time, so enhancing the efficiency and improving the structure should be the most necessary choice to solve the contradictory of energy supplying and environmental protecting. Since distributed generation based on use of new energy gets more and more attention, the potential is inestimable. At the same time, photovoltaic power generation is one of the most essential component in distributed generation. Except the advantage of it’s high efficiency, flexibility, environmental protection and energy saving, photovoltaic power generation would influence the operation mode, voltage distribution, network losing, harmonic and reliability of distribution system, the correlation between distributed power source and distribution system need be studied. The main research contents contain:(一)The impact of distributed generation on voltage distribution, network loss, reliability and harmonic distribution was Summarized, suggestions and measures of distributed generation and distributed grid security were brought up.(二) The impact of distributed generation on distributed grid planning was studied.(三) Domestic and foreign technical standard of distributed generation were Discussed and compared.(四) Application of distributed solar photovoltaic generation in Yantai(五) Domestic and foreign macroscopic policy, electricity price policy, financial subsidy policy, and market exploit policy of distributed generation were analyzed, and suggestions and measures were presented.
