The Research And Implement Of Ptn Adapter For Power Telecommunication System

With the development of power telecommunication system and smart power grid, power telecommunication is transferring from voice communication to data communication, which will lead to the application of IP on large scale, and in such a context, PTN(packet transport network) rises up. With the rapid adoption of PTN, Integrated Network Management System(NMS) has to make changes to take PTN in management.This paper aims at the combination of PTN and NMS on data collecting by analyzing and researching in PTN management of config, alarm and performance, so as to supply the basis of data collecting adapter interface, the design and implementation of each sub function module.This paper first introduces the development and characteristics of PTN, and give more analysis on alarm data, config data and performance data collecting, and then determines the function interface.At last, a framework design of PTN data collecting adapter is proposed, with detailed flow of alarm collecting, config collecting and performance collecting, making the data collecting service firm, common and stable.
