| The choice of the grouting material is a gordian knot which has always confusedthe insiders in the Loose strata grouting reinforcement engineering.As the mostcommon slurry material used in consolidating the loose strata,pure cement materialand controllable cemen-water glass material show great defects so that they can notcompletely meet the demand of engineering construction of all kinds.Therefore,having been widely used in water conservancy and hydroelectricity engineering,theSJP-1viscosity changes with time grout material draws more and more attention ofgeneral operating and design engineers,which attributing to its comparativelyexcellent properties. However,because the effects of SJP-1viscosity changes withtime grout material on consolidating is still in the ballance, the application of it hasbeen greatly restricted. As a consequence,this paper will give overall merit by contrastSJP-1material with pure cement material and cemen-water glass material by takingthe basic function of cement testã€strength testã€XED composition analysis testã€SEMtest and the diffusion of loose substance simulation test in laboratory combined withcorrelation theory, more details are as follows:1) By basic performance tests in laboratory to verify the advantage ofcontrollable pumping period which owned by the cemen-water glass material andSJP-1material, it is feasible to change the amount of additive to attain the goal ofcontroling pumping period. It can also be known the ratio of two kinds of pulp within20-60minites of pumping period under the condition of testing, furthermore SJP-1issuperior to the others in main properities by altering the amount of additive;2) Verified by laboratory strength test,in the early stage SPJ-1material risesfaster than pure cement material and cemen-water glass material,and has increases indifferent degrees in the later stage.Reletively, cemen-water glass material has somepromotion of strength in early stage,but will decline in contrast with pure cementmaterial in the later stage;3) By XRD composition analysis and SEM test arrives at a conclusion thatcomposition of the three grout material is basically the same, difference only occur inthe concentrations of various substances and physical forms, then analyze the slurrymaterial performance combined with three kinds of slurries mechanism of their hydration mechanism;4) To analyze the rule of the effects on grouting diffusion radius caused bygrouting pressureã€varieties of slurryã€water to cement ratio,which is on the basis ofthe diffusion of loose substance simulation test in laboratory.Reference to the result ofthe test,fit the relationship of every factor of SJP-1material and get relevantequations;5) The conclusions acquired from the laboratory experimental study are verifiedby the application process and effects of Baishuihe landslides remediation engineerand testifies the superiority of SJP-1material in the loose strata groutingreinforcement engineering still further. |
