| Shield method,because of its excavation and lining safety,the advantages of fast digging speed,in the subway tunnel operation has been more commonly used.Cement-water glass double slurry material is widely used in shield tunnel synchronous slurry due to its short gel time and high early strength,but it still has poor durability and poor environmental friendliness.Therefore,this paper reduces the cost of double slurry and improves the applicability of the project by replacing part of cement with a binary mixture of powdered coal ash-partial kaolin soil.In this paper,a series of double-liquid slurry characteristics test is carried out to explore the powder ratio,CS volume ratio,water glass module,the flow of dual-liquid slurry,water rate,gel time,pressure strength,impermeability of the impact of the law,so as to obtain the optimal fit ratio suitable for synchronous slurry.At the same time,the influence of yellow original glue on the new dual-liquid slurry material is explored.In addition,microstructure analysis of double slurry stone body is carried out,and the application of double slurry in the actual formation is explored by combining numerical simulation.The main findings of this paper are as following:(1)After replacing part of cement with a binary mixture of pink ash-biased kaolin soil,the flow of the double slurry decreased by 4.21%,the water rate of A slurry decreased by 68.2%,the gel time was extended by more than 70%,and the strength of the double slurry stone increased by 41% to 61% during the maintenance period,and the impermeability increased.(2)With the increase of CS volume ratio(the volume ratio of cement slurry and water glass),the flow of double slurry gradually increases,and when the CS volume ratio reaches a certain value,the maximum value is reached,the gel time also gradually increases,the pressure strength as a whole shows a downward trend,and the impermeability increases and then decreases.(3)Water glass module at 3.32,the pressure strength and impermeability of the double liquid slurry stone body are better.Flow degree,gel time compared to the module 4 water glass also has a certain change..(4)With the increase of the doping amount of antigen,the flow of the double liquid slurry decreases,the water rate increases,the gel time increases,the pressure strength of the stone body decreases,when the doping volume is 0.15%,the A3 type double liquid slurry stone body pressure strength reaches the minimum value,and the minimum water penetration coefficient is reached when the doping is 0.15%.(5)The limited meta-analysis model of tunnel excavation slurry is established by ABAQUS,and the results show that the new cement-water glass double slurry material can not only meet the construction requirements,but also have good stability under the water-rich formation,and have less impact on the subsidy. |
