With the advocating of the green energy-saving building,the research that focuses on the brick has transferde from the raw materials and the proportion to how to improve the heat preservation of the brick. There are many factors that can effect the heat preservation of the brick,including the material of the brick body,brick porosity and void ratio etc.From the current perspective,the void ratio is the only factor that can control from the technical level.Because the air heat conduction coefficient is less than the brick body,the higher the void ratio,the more outstanding the insulation performance of the brick is.Under the same void ratio,the different parameters of the same hole is different.The optimization of the hole parameters can effect the brick’s insulation performance.The hole forming quality also influence the quality of the hole parameters optimization.In addition to the extrusion quality,the mechanical marshalling and code quality of hole firing quality also has great relationship.Therefore,designing of a high degree of antomation and good quality of the marshing code production system has great influence on thermal insulation performance of the brick. The main research contents of this paper are as followed:1. The influence of the hole parameters on the thermal performance of porous brickFirstly,by comparing several methods of porous brick body heat preservation performance,the finite element is selected as the research method. The number of the holes,the hole’s position and the hole’s shape are determined as the main research object hole optimization. Through the analysis of the ANSYS modeling and calculation,the cure of the above parameters influence on thermal conductivity of the brick body is received. The trend The trend of the hole parameters affect on the properties of the thermal insulationbrick is received.2. The design of the new robotic automation tile producing porous brick systemCombine with the technical trend of brick and tile equipment.the high automation tile code system which use the industrial robot as the end transporter is proposed. According to the characteristics of porous brick and mashalling sequence,the system can be divided into five parts.The difficulty of each part of the design is focused on.
