In view of the problem on batch process optimization and control, this paper concentrates on the optimization of the process, from three aspects to make breakthrough and innovation, including the online optimization, optimization algorithm and improved for energy optimization.Firstly, for the dynamic online optimization control problem in batch processes, this paper proposed the online optimization and control strategy for batch processes based on extended kalman filter estimation, compared with the offline optimization control scheme and the typical online optimization control scheme, this scheme showed good performance to estimate the parameters in reaction process and increase the final products.Secondly, in the study of optimization algorithm, this paper proposed the particle swarm optimization algorithm based on neighborhood particles crowded degree. The algorithm using the concept of particle view, which build the dynamic neighborhood of particles in the process of search calculation. Particle view makes neighborhood changes from small to large, and shows the algorithm to find the global optimal value sufficiently in early stage and accelerate the convergence speed in late stage. At the same time, we set up a mechanism to avoid particles overcrowded, which prevent particles fall into local optimum. Compared with the standard particle swarm, the algorithm improve the particle diversity and search precision in particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally, for batch processes integrated optimization of energy and products. This paper proposed the section optimization strategy in preheating reaction process and constant temperature reaction process. Optimize the energy in the preheating process and product yield in constant temperature reaction process respectively. Reach the dual purpose of saving energy and increasing the product yield. Apply the solution in a typical batch production process, its feasibility was verified.
