Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of science and extension of research field, people notonly achieve significant results in the large field of robot, but also start to dabble in themicrocosmic field. Light butt, precision instruments, especially from animal and plant geneticengineering, product breeding and other fields require micrometer even nanometer levelmicro operation, which causes people in urgent need to develop the corresponding microoperation robot system. In recent years, a variety of micro operation robots have beendeveloped, which includes the serial mechanism of micro operation to the parallel mechanismof micro operation platform, operation platform from one-dimensional and two-dimensionalto multidimensional operating platform, even the micro operating system can achieve a higheraccuracy. This paper designs and researches a kind of micro operation platform for on-chipcell operation platform which adopts differential amplification principle to effectively amplifythe output displacement of piezoelectric ceramics, its main content is as follows:First of all, the paper introduces the production and the development course of theoperating system, overviews advanced domestic and foreign micro operating system, andanalyzes the significance to study the micro operating system for life. Next after giving thedesign structure which is based on the double flexible micro operation platform withdifferential amplifier, its amplification principle and is presented the composition platformcomponents are compared as needed, that mainly do much work in the choice of the flexiblecomponents and selection of the suitable for this institution straight circular flexure hinge andpiezoelectric ceramics driver stack type. After that, according to the requirement ofperformance motion platform design required, the input and output flexibility of the wholeplatform is calculated and the Lagrange energy method is used to deduce for the calculation ofthe platform’s natural frequency. In order to achieve the requirements of high precision ofmotion platform, multiple constraint optimization design is used to have greater inherentfrequency as target for platform. Optimization method is named PSO which can find theoptimal particle swarm. Finally, in order to verify the rationality of the design, the simulationanalysis software ANSYS is used to verify performance of the platform which apply force ordisplacement on the platform to observe the distribution of displacement and stress. Throughthe modal analysis, the first four modes of the platform is given to validate the mechanism.At the end of the article, the whole content is summarized and the micro operatingsystem is forecasted, it needs to develop an effective control method to control the motion ofthe platform, and to draw support from micro vision technology to acquire images of theplatform or manipulator to achieve accurate control of the micro operating system.
