With the continuous development of modern science and technology and the improvement of people’s living standards, comfortable requirement of passenger and driver becomes higher and higher; vibration and noise of the vehicle has become an important indicator to measure the performance of the vehicle, especially as a public bus transit bus from frequent stops. Then vibration and noise of the vehicle is particularly important.In this paper, the object of study was the city bus of zhongtong LCK6105 GH with the working process of a six cylinder diesel engine. The working process of the six cylinder diesel engine was analyzed, and the vibrant form of engine mounting with the engine operation process was found; then, the model of engine mounting would be determined. The parameters of model would be got by testing the engine. And, the changing characteristic of system could be found with changing parameter of the model. The main reason of vibration of floors of car would be found in the idle state of the vehicle. The objective optimization could be done with the least response and using energy decoupling. Then, the vibrant characteristic of the total vehicle would be improved on the designing stage when parameter of the vehicle, including the position and angle of engine mounting system could be adjusted on the basis of vibration, which. |
