| The parts cleaning technology is the essential link for industrial production,because of high surface tension and viscosity of the cleaning media, the conventionalcleaning technology could hardly effectively clean pollutants of the microporous andslit parts, it results in the uneven cleaning quality and the low cleaning efficiency, anda large of water are wasted, the used chemical additives pollute the environment. Inconsideration of the characteristics of the approximate to zero surface tension, strongdissolubility and high diffusivity and so on, the supercritical carbon dioxide couldovercome the disadvantages of the the conventional cleaning technology, a highefficient, fast and pollution-free ultrasound-assisted supercritical carbon dioxide partscleaning equipment has been designed in this paper.With the extraction vessel of the device for SFE in laboratory, the paper hasstudied a ultrasound-assisted supercritical carbon dioxide parts cleaning equipmentdesigned according to GB150-2011, the cleaning kettle replaces the existing extractionkettle. The main performance parameters of the equipment are cleaning kettle volumeof10L, design pressure of22MPa, design temperature of0℃~100℃, the ultrasonicfrequency of28kHz±2kHz, the ultrasonic maximum power of600W, and the magneticdrive maximum speed of60r/min, and the key part has been analyzed by AnsysWorkbench software. The innovation that supercritical carbon dioxide is used as thecleaning media with the help of ultrasonic device and magnetic drive device assistedstrengthening the cleaning effect has been proposed, and the magnetic drive devicecould separate the pollutants in the micropores of the parts by the effect of centrifugalforce, the ultrasonic device could greatly enhance the grease cleaning process. A microporous and slit part has been treated using the equipment for10min with thepressure of10MPa, the temperature of50℃,the ultrasonic power of600W, and themagnetic drive speed of40r/min, in which the cleaning requirements has reached thecleaning node, the developed cleaning equipment could satisfy the industrialproduction requirements.The ultrasound-assisted supercritical carbon dioxide parts cleaning equipmentdeveloped in the paper has not only greatly improved the cleaning effect, but alsocould prevent producing the cleaning sewage, and the price is only one-fifth toone-third of the imported ultrasonic cleaning equipment, and has a broad applicationprospect in the machinery manufacturing industry. |
