| Rapid Proliferating Manufacturing (RPM) is a manufacturing mode which can meet the needs of mass production in time of war. Manufacturing Technology Proliferating (MTP) is one of the core technologies in the system of RPM. There are many uncertain conflict problems among manufacturing technology and manufacturing resources in the process of MTP, how to improve manufacturing technology adaptive ability facing to the dynamic changes of the manufacturing resources is one of the key issues. The problem of MTP is deeply studied based on extension transformation. The hierarchical modeling of manufacturing technology based on element theory, analysis technology of hierarchical relationships, a conflict resolution method based on extension transformation in the process of manufacturing technology proliferating, how to choice the process adjustment is put forward. Finally, blade technology rapid proliferation manufacturing management system is developed combined with research and development technology and methods.The main research content of the full text is as follows:Firstly, element theory is introduced to build. The hierarchical modeling of blade MTP, the information model of three levels, which are task level, technology level and resource level, are designed. Then mapping relation of adjacent layers and matching relation of alternative layers were proposed, and manufacture resource choice technology based manufacturing task are designed.Secondly, a conflict resolution method based on extension transformation in the process of MTP is put forward. Mechanism of conflicts in the process of blade MTP and the ability of proliferation of blade manufacturing technology are analyzed, and the flows of blade MTP and conflict resolution are designed. Through process and manufacturing resource of MTP’s contradiction model by extension transformation, combined with a variety of transform method, resolution mechanism of conflicts is seek. Strategy of eliminate contradiction in the process of MTP is given.Thirdly, selection and analysis of blade adjustment process based on multidimensional correlation function is proposed. Influence of proliferation manufacturing from blade adjustment process is designed. Relationship matrix and Case-Based Reasoning are introduced to quantize the influence to get the value of influence from adjustment process. Then based on the constraint value of influence, scheme of MTP adjustment meeting the demand of main enterprises is generated by using multidimensional correlation function.Finally, combining the theory by technology and methods which is put forward, blade technology rapid proliferation manufacturing management system is developed. And it also validates the system’s feasibility primarily. |
