Control level2d servo valve adopts the double helix structure, stable performance, dynamic and static characteristics can be ideal, strong ability to resist pollution, simple structure, large axial stiffness of the main valve, leakage flow and hydraulic control level high natural frequency, etc. Based on these advantages, based on the original2d based on the research achievements of servo valve, design a kind of two and three small flow2d the electro-hydraulic servo valve, oil is used to control the hydraulic system on and off, and can according to the needs of the hydraulic system, by adjusting the valve core and the installation position of mechanical transmission mechanism, change the screw to rotate the electromagnet, the normally closed and normally open two types. This scheme in the design of mechanical transmission device to transfer the rotation of the rotating magnet valve core, and it has large torque amplification factor, the output torque of the rotating magnet need to offer smaller can drive valve core movement, this also is2d electro-hydraulic servo valve design goals of low power consumption, miniaturization, provides an effective way.This paper was carried out on the2d electro-hydraulic servo valve design research, the main research content:(1) The development history, current research status of electro-hydraulic servo valve, usage and application prospects of the summary and analysis.(2) The structure and working principle of the2d electro-hydraulic servo valve is elaborated in detail, according to its own characteristics and on the basis of senior research in the laboratory of mechanical transmission parts of the structure design is improved, and the structure principle of the electricity-machine converter and choose are analysised.(3)2d mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic servo valve is set up, and the mathematical model is linearizationed processing, and its transfer function are obtained.(4) MATLAB software is used with Dynamic simulation of2d electro-hydraulic servo valve, it analyzed the high working pressure and the initial bow, it is sensitive to cavity length’s influence on the step response.(5) The experimental system principle diagram is designed. Experiment platform of2d electro-hydraulic servo valve is set up, it analysis static characteristics and the step response characteristic of2d electro-hydraulic servo valve.(6) The main content of this paper are summarized and the further research prospect was put forward. |
