Passenger vehicle logistics is grown in this opportunity, also widely appreciated by the car companies. Passenger vehicle logistics is an important connection means of production, sales and customer together. Through lowering cost for automobile enterprises, improving the quality of service, making the entire vehicle logistics link has been further optimization. So it is the essential condition of automobile enterprises having better development, therefore, passenger car logistics optimization gets extensive the auto makers’ attention. Although for a long time in the past, passenger vehicle logistics has a great development, but in reality the passenger vehicle logistics enterprises still face high costs, a rapidly changing market environment and many other pressures. Through studying the mode and the way of passenger vehicle logistics transportation, and the current problems of passenger vehicle logistics, this article find that transportation cost80%of the cost of logistics in the passenger vehicle logistics. So the article puts forward the problem of path optimization, and build the VRP, MDVRP and MDVRPTW model, and uses the saving algorithm and sweep algorithm to solve the C company transportation logistics VRP optimization problem. It is concluded that the optimization of the scheme is superior to the original distribution scheme of C company, saving the cost and resources for C company. So this article is devoted to the optimization of transportation to reduce the transportation cost in the auto enterprise the whole logistics links, the purpose is to seek solution of logistics enterprises in the actual transportation decisions. It has a certain guiding role for enterprises in implementing routing optimization, reducing the passenger vehicle auto enterprise logistics costs and improving the service efficiency. |
