Firstly, it discusses the principles and methods of the project planning and control in application of the construction process, analyzing the characteristics of electrical engineering and the problems in the process. With the use of the methods and theories of schedule management in the actual electrical engineering construction management, it breakdowns the structure of the electrical construction, and determines the relationship of the construction procedure relationship and the responsibilities of the allocated matrix. Using the network planning technology, it prepares the network diagram and Gantt charts of the construction schedule. Using the bar chart method, S-shaped curve comparison method for process control checks the progress and results analysis. Then it discusses how to implement the project schedule management objectives and should provide some assurance measures for goals.
