Research On Promoting The Construction Of Railway Logistics Base Related Issue

Stable and rapid economic and social development will bring strong demand forlogistics. The acceleration of the transformation of economic development brought therising proportion of high value-added goods, which will have a significant impact ontransport structure. Whether large or small quantities of material, multiple batches of highvalue-added goods asks for timeliness, flexibility and reliability of a higher demand fortransportation and logistics services, which proposes a new challenge of rail freighttraditional way of production and service organization. As freight market demandincreasingly becomes diversified and personalized, rail freight meet the needs fromquantity-oriented gradually to the quality-oriented and quantity demanded, extending fromthe single "station to station" services to an integrated "door to door" service, from thetraditional to the entire logistics, finally achieving operating efficiency upgrades andupgrade.However, at present, the construction of the railway yard lags behind. There is adifferent design and construction standards, unreasonable layout, poor technical conditions,obsolete loading and unloading facilities, single function, the lack of construction funds,poor access roads and many other issues. Therefore, it is an urgent need for the currentrailway to strengthen the construction of railway logistics centers.This paper presents the national freight infrastructure should establish a database offreight infrastructure by combing data and analysis to identify the current freight yardfacilities especially widespread problem exists. On the current development of China’srailway freight logistics feasibility analysis to analyze the strengths and experienceaccumulated in the development of rail freight logistics to exist. This paper focuses onrailway logistics base functional positioning and layout methods. In-depth analysis of themanagement of institutional mechanisms existing among railway logistics baseconstruction is proposed to strengthen the construction of railway logistics base supportingmeasures. Finally, the paper expounds the status of Xiamen Qianchang logistics base in thearea of Nanchang Railway Bureau empirical analysis.
