Research On The Safety Protection Method Of Railway Logistics Base Operation Considering The Influence Of Trajectory Intersection

With the development trend of China’s industrial structure adjustment,the upgrading of residents’ consumption level,the increasing aging of population,and the increasing labor costs,social logistics parks have accelerated the research and development and application of intelligent logistics technology,integrated the Internet of things,artificial intelligence and other technologies in the park security and efficiency improvement,and innovated to build an unmanned three-dimensional intelligent security system.In recent years,taking the logistics base as the carrier,the railway has continuously deepened the freight increment action,realized the continuous growth of freight volume for four consecutive years,and played an important role in promoting the construction of national logistics hub,promoting local economic growth,and assisting green and low-carbon development.However,the traditional security operation mode of human eye watching control and experience decision-making is adopted in the railway logistics base,which is difficult to meet the needs of continuous increase of railway freight and high-quality development.In order to improve the operation security level of railway logistics base,the following work is mainly carried out.Based on the development status of operation security in railway logistics base,this paper systematically analyzes the causes of safety accidents and potential problems in each operation link of railway logistics base,and concludes that collision is the prominent problem of operation security.Based on the analysis of the whole vehicle and container operation process of railway logistics base,the risk points and corresponding security requirements of 15 subdivision scenarios including three links are proposed.Referring to the common characteristics and development experience of the construction of the operation security system of social logistics enterprises,this paper introduces the track crossing theory,and combines with the operation scene of the railway logistics base,puts forward the construction idea of the operation security system,and studies and puts forward the technical system architecture of the operation security protection of the railway logistics base by using the method of demand transfer and clustering.Focusing on the problems of traffic congestion,detour and collision in the running link of railway logistics base station,the vehicle routing optimization model with "gate truck scale warehouse" as the main body is constructed;Around the collision problem of forklift,freight forwarder and facilities in the garage,the algorithm of anti-collision model of multi fork garage handling considering the influence of trajectory crossover is constructed,and the conflict solution of freight forwarder and forklift and the priority of forklift path planning for dispatch task are designed.In order to build the railway logistics base operation security system under the influence of track crossing,this paper focuses on the research of railway logistics base operation security technology system,station running vehicle path optimization and anticollision method of forklift handling in the warehouse,so as to provide theoretical support and application reference for the construction of railway logistics base operation security ability.There are 51 figures,3 tables and 82 references.
