Study On The Repairing Technology And Innovation At The Jilin University Geological Palace Glazed Tile Roof

With the rapid development of social economy, the national consciousness ofprotecting the traditional culture and the old building more and more is also high, theconstruction characteristics of ancient architecture in the records of the construction ofarchitectural art and the political color. In many of the architectural symbols andbuilding construction, to convey the ideological construction, although the traditionalprocess a lot of practice, can’t continue to this day, but through the research andanalysis of the ancient architectural construction, how to make the process approachlost heritage can be more perfect, the retention and recovery of ancient buildings style,is already imminent task.In view of this situation, this paper carried out the followingresearch work:（1）Disease analysis to be repaired according to the building construction,present situation, from the tile surface layer, insulating layer, Wawa mud, ash and theroof sheathing panels of sampling, testing, to determine the extent of disease.（2）A detailed analysis of material composition and thickness of each layerstructure, the image data of roof tiles of the retained position pattern, to prepare forthe use of custom mold.（3）Analysis on the role and function of each layer, through the test andanalysis of physical and chemical properties of materials, to carry out technicalinnovation through science technology index.（4）Through the research and analysis of the existing building of the defects, toimprove the construction technology and construction of weak point.（5）According to Jilin University geological palace glazed tile roof repairs, acomprehensive analysis of key points need to pay attention to the whole process andweak points, in order to maximize meet the use function and service life of therenovation.
