Steel-concrete composite structure is a new type of structure form since the1990 s. Because of its higher bearing capacity, superior anti-seismic property, lighter self-weight and convenient form of construction, steel-concrete composite structure has been widely applied in many high-rise and super high-rise buildings. On the other hand, with the development of society, the requirement for building's function has become various, high-rise and super high-rise buildings are largely applied in residence, hotel and office building. Frame-core wall structure is one of the common structure systems in high-rise and super high-rise buildings, it can provide room for architectural lighting and ventilation while remaining good anti-seismic property, this makes frame-core wall structure widely used in high-rise and super high-rise buildings and exhibit good representatives. This paper uses Huarong Hotel in Guizhou Anshun as the research object, utilizes finite element analysis software of YJK and MIDAS/GEN to optimize and select good frame-core wall structure, analyses anti-seismic and elastic-plastic property of reinforced concrete column and steel-concrete composite structure.Main research contents are:1.Design two schemes of structural arrangement according to the frame-core wall structure, make finite element model and static analysis on the two schemes respectively, select a better scheme through comparing the calculation of the internal force and axial compression ratio of the two schemes' critical elements. Use the selected scheme as the research object for the next step of study.2.Use reinforced concrete column, Steel reinforced concrete composite column and steel-tube reinforced concrete column to establish finite element models and make model analysis respectively for the selected scheme, obtain those three structures' main vibration mode and fundamental period of vibration in all directions,estimate the influence of the steel-concrete composite column on the structure's natural vibration property by lateral comparison. In addition, judge the rationality of the selected number of vibration mode by analyzing the structures' effective masscoefficient of the vibration mode's different orders.3.Through input of sole earthquake acceleration in X and Y direction and two-way combined earthquake acceleration on the three structures, compare three structures' earthquake response on X response spectrum, Y response spectrum and two-way earthquake actions, obtain a preliminary comparison of two steel-concrete composite columns' effect and reinforced concrete columns' effect on structure's anti-seismic property, which will provide fundation for the earthquake resistant design of this sort of structures.4.Match response spectrum of seismic effect coefficient curve for Koc wave, Hec wave and a group of artificial simulation wave, input the three waves' reaction curve of earthquake acceleration on the three structures' respectively, obtain three structures' elastic time-history response under the effect of earthquake. Estimate three structures' elastic time-history analysis' s supplement calculation on the mode-superposition response spectrum method.Make comparison of the three structures' calculation result and the mode-superposition response spectrum method to guarantee the reliability of structure calculation.5.Study the factors such as the starting conditions, the type of plastic hinge, the setting of location and the constitutive relation of plastic hinge that effect the elastic-plastic analysis. On the basis make elastic-plastic analysis on the three stuctures, research all structures' appearance order of plastic hinge and change and collapse mechanism under huge earthquake,obtain difference of the three structures' anti-seismic property, then gain two steel-concrete composite columns' influence on structure's anti-seismic property.
