Abstract/Summary:
With the development and progress of economy and society, more and more people like to make a team to travel by cars. The previous way of communication between the team members is achieved through the interphones. Although interphones are affordable and easy to carry, but there are many shortcomings that can not be ignored. Such as the communication distance of using interphones is limited, and the signal strength is obviously controlled by environmental factors. Also the interphones can only send information of a single voice and when a member is using the interphone to talk, others should wait until him or her finish talking. Besides, the members of a team are fixed and they can not get the information from the people out of their team. Thus for the problems above, this paper proposes the use of information exchange platform and intelligent terminal to solve the communication problems when teams travel between vehicles. Both in China and abroad, the existing information exchange platforms about traffic are all for the various heterogeneous systems, and the information exchange platforms for intelligent terminals are rare. Therefore, this study was designed using intelligent terminals and the information exchange platform to solve the communication problems.Firstly, this paper do a research in the information exchange platforms about traffic, and also noted that the information exchange platforms for intelligent terminals are rare. While members are fixed when traveling using the interphones, this paper proposed the use of geo-fencing technology to divide the members, which allows the vehicles in a team to share traffic information more effectively. In this paper, I completed the design and implementation of the information exchange platform, including the information dissemination support module, the subscription support module to get the users’ subscription information and the service module for all the users. I also completed the design of the mobile terminal function for the information exchange platform and the design of the database.I also analyzed the influence of the road condition based on environmental factors, and divided the road condition into six kind of traffic scenes. And I develop the rules that whether other cars are in the geo-fencing which is created by the car according to their locations and the time. While every traffic scene in these six kinds has a dynamic grouping algorithm to make the members of the group based on the geo-fencing technology.At the end of proposing the algorithm, I provided the method that are the fuzzy and rough sets to amend the coefficient in the algorithm. Such information exchange platform will make the team access to current traffic information more efficiently.
