Modeling And Process Evaluation Of Process Information Model Based On MBD

With the implementation of MBD technology,3D technology has become the key ofMBD’s construction, represents the highest level of enterprise production and manufacturing.MBD process information model as a carrier of a3D technology, study on the technology ofmodeling and process evaluation about it can help share and exchange information on productdesign and manufacture, reduce process designers’ repetitive work, save development timeand so that the model can be directly used to guide the actual machining. MBD processinformation model as the only carrier on the basis of product information to ensure accuracyof information in the transmission process, and meet requirements of informationaccumulation and expansion of process knowledge, and reduce production costs and improveenterprise ’s competitiveness, adaptability and viability in the modern manufacturing industry.In this paper, MBD process information model for the study, the definition of the model,the information representation, modeling and d process evaluation have been studied anddiscussed, and establish a typical part MBD process information model in SolidWorksenvironment, the research of process evaluation on the model by using the secondarydevelopment tool Visual Basic6.0, validation and support the point in this article.Firstly, introduced the situation of the development MBD technology and the researchstatus of MBD process model at present. Describes the importance of the study on MBDprocess information model in the3D technology.Secondly, defined the MBD process information model; established a framework ofMBD process information model; a visual management are discussed based on the frameworkof MBD process information model, and proposes a MBD process information quickly andTagging. Thirdly, according to the meaning, the basis,and the goals of the evaluation of MBDprocess information model, proposed a process evaluation scheme of MBD processinformation model, and describes the technical basis for the scheme.Finally, take a copper sleeve parts as an example, establish its MBD process informationmodel, and develop a small system for Process evaluation, then a process evaluation wascarried out on that model.
