With the rapid development of China’s economy, the number of cars has increased dramatically, the pressure of urban traffic is also growing, our state has put a lot of manpower and financial resources in the construction of transport infrastructure, although the road becomes more and more wide, and the road network becomes bigger than before, but it’s still difficult to solve the problem of traffic congestion. The concept of intelligent transportation systemis proposed to obtain an effective solution to traffic congestion through a series of advanced techniques. In this paper, through the processing of the urban road network in real-time floating car data, mainly to complete the following:(1)Combined with basic knowledge of graph theory, the original map data is analyzed, take the road as the core to establish the road network mapwhich can reflect the complex relationship between the road and the road shape of the road network map, andoptimize their storage. And thendivide the urban road network into different zones.(2)Filter the valid floating car GPS coordinate point and design an effective way to achieve precise positioning coordinates in the road network map, at the same times we need to do something with the coordinate for fault-tolerant processing, then retain the positioning result which has a high possibility.(3)Research network routing algorithm, and design aefficient path search algorithm which is suitable to the road network map, explore paths between adjacent coordinatesby the search algorithm. At the same time, use the fault-tolerant technology to retain a high probability of passage. And finallychoose the most likely path trajectoryby a certain screening strategy.
