With the continuous progress of urban modernization and the increase of vehicle ownership in China,urban traffic congestion has become an urgent problem to be solved.How to reduce the travel time of travelers on the basis of existing urban roads has become a research hotspot.In recent years,the optimization path provided by traffic route research can avoid the aggravation of traffic congestion,and has played a certain role in alleviating traffic congestion.This topic achieves the acquisition of dynamic traffic flow on the existing basis,completes the establishment of time-based dynamic road network model,and uses intelligent optimization algorithm to improve the efficiency of route optimization in the dynamic road network model,in order to reduce travel time and improve the quality of travel.Firstly,after analyzing the current traffic flow acquisition technology,this paper achieves the acquisition and storage of traffic flow through Python and network analysis technology.Then the static urban road network model is established by using the elements of urban road network,and the fuzzy theory is introduced to build the dynamic road network model.Particle swarm optimization(PSO)is used to optimize the path in the traffic network model.In view of the shortcomings that PSO is easy to fall into local optimum in the process of optimization,weight coefficients are added to PSO to improve the global search ability of PSO.At the same time,a particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm combining Levy flight with Cuckoo flight is proposed.Finally,through simulation experiments under different traffic conditions,the experimental results show that the hybrid intelligent algorithm is superior to the basic particle swarm optimization algorithm and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm in terms of time.The advantages of the hybrid intelligent algorithm are verified again by using the traffic professional simulation software TransModeler 4.0.The route optimized by the hybrid intelligent algorithm can be used as a travel reference,which completes the transition from theoretical research to practical guidance.
