Abstract/Summary:
Buildings will appear cracks in its different parts no matter in the construction or in the using period.Those cracks not only affect the bearing capacity of the structure, reduce the stiffness of the structure and influence the integrity of the building, but also reduce the structure’s durability and working life. Moreover, large cracks may make structure or member completely break, which will appear engineering rework, material waste, the construction delay period and large economic loss. Therefore, control and prevention of cracks in the construction period has been paid considerably attention by construction unit, construction companies and other involving parties.The prevention and the control of crack is a technical problems needed to solve urgently.In this paper, using PKPM software completed a certain office building engineering example in Maanshan city,Anhui province structure reinforcement figure; Then basing on the concrete mechanism, the status quo of the fracture theory at home and abroad are analyzed. And by discussing the related properties of concrete structure crack, classification and the mechanism and causes, on this basis, the selection of engineering instance of a large span beam as the research object by using large-scale finite element software ANSYS simulated the construction load of the beams numerical simulation calculation. By calculating find frame beam easy to crack during the period of construction site, its related mechanism of the cracks will be discussed in this paper. Finally some suggestions should be puts forward surrounding the aspects such as design, material and construction.
