Zhengzhou city is building kinds of tunnel engineers beneath roads while building city track traffic system in order to solve the traffic problems. People decided to use conduit jacking to construct tunnels, which will decrease the influence on road traffic caused by construction. And it is also necessary to solve the surface subsidence problem caused by tunnel construction. This composition analysis influence on surface deformation caused by pipe pushing, and simulates the process of pipe pushing with the finite element analysis program, and proves the rightness of the model.The research method of this composition is:1) This composition analysis the deformation theory of the surface deformation caused by tunnel engineer beneath roads through reading many articles, then reaches the conclusion of special theory of the surface deformation caused by pipe pushing in the tunnel engineer combined with the special technologies and geology conditions of the engineer.2) This composition design the measurement plan of surface deformation according to actual engineer and the traffic condition of the road, then we carried on the actual measurement, and calculate、analysis the actual data, study the regular pattern of surface deformation of actual engineer.3) We choose the stress condition of lining、actual relative data, and we use the finite element analysis software-MIDAS/GTS, which is able to building the numerical simulation model to simulate the engineering process, then we can get the result of the calculation. So we can see if the model is right by comparing the actual measurement data with the calculated data.By studying%calculation and analysis, we know the regular pattern and special points of surface deformation caused by pipe pushing in the tunnel engineer; at the same time, the comparing shows that the difference of largest deformation between actual measurement and calculation is less than2mm,which proves that the model is right.We need to combine the special technologies and geology conditions of the pipe-pushing tunnel engineer to study the surface deformation pattern except for the common pattern, then we get to the conclusion that the pipe-pushing engineer relies more on inclinometer and its quality than other engineer methods; at the same time, we need to choose the suitable soil pattern、 engineer stages and many times of calculation and adjustment, then we can get the satisfied model which is able to simulate the whole process.
