Circulating fluidized bed boiler has high combustion efficiency, a small amountof pollution, is one of boiler types, which are focused on the development in ourcountry. In recent years, with the increasingly high demands on energy saving andenvironmental protection, it also put forward higher requirements to control of thecombustion system. The combustion system is a complex controlled object, it hasstrong nonlinear, strong coupling, large inertia and time varying characteristics. Thispaper aims at the research of efficient control algorithm for combustion system ofcirculating fluidized bed boiler, the main work is as follows:First of all, T-S fuzzy model of circulating fluidized bed boiler combustionsystem is established. T-S fuzzy model is essentially a nonlinear model, it canexpress the dynamic characteristics of complex systems, and there is strong couplingamong the variables of combustion system, so it needs to decouple the variables first,and then establish T-S fuzzy model of bed temperature subsystem and main steampressure subsystem.The second, the generalized predictive control algorithm of combustion systemis studied. In view of large amount of calculation and poor real-time in thecalculation process of the traditional algorithm, such as high dimension matrixinversion, this paper combines the generalized predictive control with step-controltechnology and implicit algorithm, presents implicit step generalized predictivecontrol, the algorithm gives control quantity stepped constraint, avoids the complexmatrix in calculation process, and improves the rapidity of control.The last, based on the established T-S fuzzy model, this paper adopts PIDcontrol, generalized predictive control and implicit step generalized predictivecontrol algorithm for the simulation research of control. The experimental results show that the implicit step generalized predictive algorithm, which is given, has goodtracking performance, less overshoot, steady control and other features, it is good forextending the service life of the execution mechanism.
