Study On Evolution Mechanism Of Old Industry Space Informal Update

Nowadays, domestic scholars’studies on old industrial space update mostly focuses on the field of formal update, and the view of neoclassical economics. With the adjustment of the land policy and deeper and deeper advancement of the industrialization in China, the activity of old industrial space informal update has experienced the periods, that from bud period to blowout period and stable period. In the process of study on update development, the property rights system influences more and more important. With combining the view of neoclassical economics and neoinstitutional economics together, discussing the evolution of the old industrial space development is useful. The research purpose is to explore the dynamic mechanism of informal updates more comprehensive and more deeply, to reproduce the update process of the old industrial space evolution more systematically.Based on the neoclassical economics and neoinstitutional economics perspective, the thesis discusses the mechanism from two aspects of value and the property system, also analyses the action of mechanism. At the same time, take "chenguang1865industrial park" as example to discuss and analyze. Firstly, the introduction part introduces research background and significance, summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant research practice results, proposes research contents and technical route, etc.; In Chapter Two, related concepts and theories are discriminated, the old industrial space update pattern is submitted, three stages of development China’s industrial land update is introduced; In Chapter Three, the old industrial space dynamic mechanism and mechanism factors is discussed from the perspective of the value system, update; In Chapter Four, informal updates of old industrial space is discussed from the perspective of the institutional mechanisms; In Chapter Five, informal update evolution models and the updated industrial types are discussed; In Chapter Six,"chenguang1865industrial park" is taken as an example to discuss and analyze; In Chapter Seven, the main conclusion and deficiencies of the thesis are pointed.
