| Hydraulic impactor’s energy that push the piston impact drill rod is through its internal high-pressure hydraulic oil conver to its internal components kinetic energy of the piston, so that the hydraulic impactor could impact the earth to achieve the purpose of crushing hard objects. With the rapid development in recent years in the field of construction, the use of hydraulic impactor has been greatly popular, the performance requirements of the impacter is higher, so it is necessary to improve the design of the hydraulic impactor. In this paper, I use Ma’anshan model company’s shaking hydraulic impactor model for the study, use the software Matlab and ADAMS hydraulic impactor for simulation calculation. This paper studied on the following aspects:The hydraulic impacter’s energy is simulated by using the Matlab/simulink software.Nonlinear mathematical model of the impacter of the article considers the establishment of the leak and the viscous resistance and other factors, the higher accuracy of the model. Using software to combat phase of the impact energy of stroke hydraulic impactor can be calculated, and different impact energy is calculated by setting different working pressure, so we can get that the gap and the size for hydraulic impactor can affect relevant quantitative indicators.The multibody dynamics analysis of the hydraulic impactor based on ADAMS/View. Establishing the dynamic model of the impactor in ADAMS software by using the hydraulic impactor part mathematical model derived in the previous section. Make analysis and get the displacement and velocity curves of the piston and spool which is very importent in the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic impactor, so we can get a clear relationship about the movement between the components.Using the ANSYS Workbench software were to do structural static analysis for the impacter’s shock piston and rod. the results show the original drill rods and pistons are local stress concentration, and improving the relevant structural members to optimize the local stress components.Based on the basic theory of fatigue failure of metallic materials and methods of fatigue damage accumulation, hydraulic impactor rod fatigue life analysis showed that the tip’s life is lower, and the corresponding values of the fatigue damage is larger, in line with rod member actual destruction.Fatigue analysis, design optimization for the future, provides a new way of thinking.I believe that with all kinds of simulation software that continuous improvement and perfection, research of hydraulic impactor theory be developed,computer simulation technology for hydraulic impactor quality research and product development will provide greater assistanc. |
