At present, automotive engine towards to the direction of high power and high efficiency, the vibration of engine poses a major source inside the vehicle. As people increasingly high demand for NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness) performance, how to isolate vibration, which from powertrain transfer to vehicle body, has become a key content of vehicle design. Engine mount system has effect with support, limit the displacement and isolate the vibration of powertrain. How to design reasonably engine mount system with a better isolation performance, what is the key problem to improve ride comfort of vehicle. This paper studies a domestic vehicle, and carried out a detailed analysis and optimization research of its engine mount system based on analysis and research on the key vibration isolation technology of automotive engine mount system. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First, the paper studies the key theories of automotive engine mount system on the basis of domestic and international-related information and documentation. Analysis the engine excitation, the requirements and index of the mount system vibration isolation; establish a mechanical model of engine mount system, deduce its dynamic equations; Based on the Newmark numerical integral method, put forward the calculation method of the vibration response of engine mount system.Second, with an example of the domestic vehicle, determine the parameters of the original engine mounting system by real vehicle test, and analysis the static and dynamic characteristics of engine mounts; discuss the application principle of static or dynamic stiffness of engine mounts. The PolyMAX technology is covered in the modal parameter identification of the mount system; launch the simulation analysis and experimental test of engine mount system.Finally, based on the sensitivity analysis method, analysis the influence of the mounts coordinates and stiffness on the natural frequency and the vibration decoupling rate of mount system. Probe and study the basic requirements of optimization design of engine mount system. Put forward the robustness optimization design method of engine mount system, based on considered energy decoupling and vibration transmissibility and the application of Multi-objective Particle Swarm algorithm.
