Currently, in the new field of energy research at home and abroad, the maximum capacity of capturing solar energy and wind energy has become a hot topic. MPPT, that is, the algorithm, can not only improve the maximum power of wind turbines, photovoltaic power generation system output efficiency and system response time, but also effectively improve the safety performance and the effective utilization of wind and solar energy systems. However, due to rapid changes in solar radiation which leads to rapid changes in PV output, the nonlinear time-varying wind speeds lead to unstable wind turbine output, therefore an efficient MPPT algorithm in terms of scenery complementary hybrid power system is critical. Because there is a good complementary relationship between wind and solar power, as opposed to stand-alone wind turbines and photovoltaic, the solar hybrid system can reduce the impact of changes in the weather system to a certain extent, for good output system escorts Paul Airlines.First, this paper analyzes the different output characteristics of PV under partially obscured ideal conditions and policies to discuss the disturbance from the control of the PV MPPT and the control system has been attempted several times. This paper selects fixed-step start power perturbation method and found that the disturbance fixed step size is difficult to meet the transient and steady-state performance of photovoltaic systems. Therefore this paper introduces a method for adaptive PV disturbance confirmation by calculating the step of last sampling time and the PV system output state at this time to optimize the system’s long step disturbance. But as the age of the system’s hardware is constantly changing, adaptive parameter optimization equation requires constant updating. For this feature MPPT control is applied to the photovoltaic power generation system based on fuzzy disturbance observation. Secondly, permanent magnet synchronous motor is used as small wind turbine generators and the output characteristics of the wind turbine are analyzed. Through comparing the traditional power feedback method the fuzzy logic perturbation method is chosen as the MPPT control method, so that the permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine can get a higher output power at both higher and lower wind speedsNext, the fuzzy immune MPPT control method is applied to stand-alone photovoltaic, wind turbines and wind-photovoltaic complementary system. Such results are derived that in the case of partially obscured ideal illumination, the output characteristics of photovoltaic power generation system can be effectively improved, the efficiency of the air output unit is enhanced to certain extent, the dynamic output improved, and the amplitude is reduced and the higher harmonics is suppressed successfully. This method not only achieves maximum power tracking system, but also improves the dynamic performance of the system.Finally, the paper discusses the impact of system parameters on power system MPPT’s. DC load, the impact of the DC/DC part boost inductor, output capacitor and bus capacitance on MPPT performance. Next, the principle of selecting DC/DC part is listed, to ensure the MPPT control accuracy.
