Permanent magnetic synchronous linear motor (PMSLM) has advantages such as highefficiency, low noise and so on; its application in fields such as power transmission hasgradually become the future development trend. As the performance of vector controlcontinually improves, the difficult point of PMSLM control system focus on efficiencymaximization, and good parameter robustness. This thesis focuses on the following aspects:Firstly, in practice considering high safety coefficient and other factors most PMSLMoperate in a condition of light-load and large part of power has been wasted in the form of heat.In this thesis modeling problem of PMSLM drive system loss model under efficiencymaximization control is analyzed, through analysis and research of the whole PMSLM drivesystem, the system loss model considering the iron loss and inverter loss is established throughanalysis of the loss model of PMSLM drive system. The efficiency maximization controlcondition for PMSLM drive system under steady state condition is derived using Lagrangetheorem. The simulation verified the established loss model has high accuracy.Secondly, a new efficiency fuzzy controller based on maximum efficiency control ofPMSLM is designed to optimize the control system, improves the robustness of the parametersof the PMSLM drive system under efficiency maximum control and disturbance observer isused to ensure the accuracy during the process of efficiency optimization. The appropriatesearching initial value is selected based on the established loss model of PMSLM, throughreasonable design of fuzzy control rules to achieve the search step size adaptive change,optimization of efficiency maximization control is achieved ultimately. The simulation resultshows that the established efficiency fuzzy controller is effective.In the end, the proposed control algorithm is verified through Matlab/Simulink simulation,and the whole performance of the developed servo system of PMSLM is further verified.
