Modern warfare is the competition of science, technology and national strength. The result is up to the ratio of information integration, the radius of combating and the accuracy of hitting. Caused by the layout, installation position and posture accuracy of navigation, electronic weapons and other equipment in ships, the identification, distance, azimuth, pitch angle data on goals maybe different, resulting in the target indication of issuing and executing is not consistent, affecting the whole battle force of ships. The combat system is aimed at the establishment of a unified coordinate system in order to correct and modify the navigation benchmark, target identification, the tracker detector tracking and the weapon shooting accuracy calibration.At present, a few results of the domestic ship industry researches about the combat system alignment tests’ implementation method are gotten, but on ship-base-line and electronic weapon equipment installing accuracy control in the process of ship construction are less.Based on the brief introduction of the foundation of the alignment work content in the combat system, this paper analyzes the main factors of affecting the alignment accuracy of the combat system, and studies the accuracy control measures according to the main influencing factors. The research contents include a brief introduction of the whole ship structure construction management, the operational system of establishing an accuracy control method, the analysis on the causes of deformation in the construction process of hull structure and then putting forward specific measures and the way of processing, detection and correction of electronic weapon equipment bases and the installation of accuracy control of special equipment. Finally, I’d like to come up with some suggestions about the security condition construction of alignment operation and the naval bases’ alignment resource construction.
