Into21st century, the problem of petroleum, coal and other energy supply shortage has become more and more serious. The rapid development of the world economy is expected to be heavily dependent on coal energy from now until2050. In less than two hundred years, fossil fuel will be almost completely consumed by human beings. In order to solve the serious problem of energy depletion, the world people agreed that developing wind and solar energy and other clean energy is an important strategy to break through the predicament.Traditional Wind-solar photovoltaic hybrid power generation system mainly consists of wind power generator, photovoltaic battery component, wind-solar photovoltaic hybrid controller, storage battery and inverter. Because it can not do the intelligent management and remote wireless monitoring etc., the user can not grasp the real-time power operation, whether the battery is in need of replacement or the system is in fault condition. The system does not have strong practical performance and system fault can not be resolved in time.This dissertation through deep research of traditional wind-solar photovoltaic hybrid power generation technology, improved its structure add wireless communication technology into it, designed intelligent wind-solar photovoltaic hybrid power generation system with wireless remote monitoring function, through GPRS or WIFI wireless communication module sending the system main information to remote monitoring center or user so that the user can grasp system operation condition in real time, also can predict whether the battery needs be replaced and other important information which does good favor of improving system stability and practicality.
