| Aiming at the production issues like tough data collection, poor informationinteraction and difficulty in real-time monitoring the progress of work caused by thecomplicated process and multi-source, heterogeneous data in manufacturing enterprises,the internet of things technology is introduced to the intermittent manufacturingenterprises to solve the problems.Based on the analysis of the manufacturing process, this paper classified productionprocess information and constructed an assembly process information monitoring model,and realized the logic integration of assembly process management and control.Combined with Internet of things technology this paper put forward an assemblyprocess monitoring system, and present the details of the monitoring process. From theperspective of monitoring system operation, this paper studies the key technology on themonitoring system. Firstly, the study of the manufacturing resource identificationtechnology realizes the manufacturing resources digital definition. Secondly, this paperresearch on data acquisition technology, including the RFID tags data storage structuredesign and the process of data collection. Thirdly, this paper study on the assemblyprocess control technology, expounding the control methods of engine productionprocess. Lastly, this paper research on visual monitoring technology and build workshopmonitor Andon system to realize visual management. Using Internet of thingstechnology in the production process for multi-source heterogeneous data collection,analysis and processing to achieve comprehensive, real-time monitoring of theproduction process.Finally, according to the system construction theory and key technology, we researchteam developed the engine assembly process monitoring and control system based oninternet of things, the result of applying this monitoring system in automotive engineassembly line shows that the production efficiency and production quality have beenimproved obviously and proves the validity and feasibility of the monitoring system. |
