| Based on the need of an all-weather environment control system of high-performance computer,in order to make full use of natural cold source, based on the target of energy saving, high reliabilityand good regulation characteristics.The vapor compression/heat pipe compound type environmentalcontrol system was developed.Focus on the design of the separate heat pipe and the performancetest, shielding pump has been used in the heat pipe system to drive the cycle, and valve to controlthe fluid volume. When the difference of the outdoor and the second refrigerant temperature≥ΔT,the dynamical separate type heat pipe system is stable and reliable. The use of heat pipe not onlycan reduce the energy consumption greatly, but also can avoid the reliability problem occurred in avapor compression refrigeration system during the very cold season.The main contents are as follows:(1) Heat pipe technology data were collected to understand theresearch and application status of separate type heat pipe technology and to provide the basis for thesystem design.(2) According to the cooling requirements of a particular high performance computer,design the heat pipe compound environmental control system unit, thermodynamic calculation andperformance analyses were carried out.(3) Design the30KW dynamical separate heat pipe unit,including the thermodynamic cycle, heat exchanger, shielding pump,reservoir tank etc.(4) Designthe testing method of the heat pipe complex refrigeration unit,carry out the performance test atdifferent environment temperatures and different heat loads in the enthalpy method laboratory.Theexperiment results were analysed, To lay the foundation for subsequent system optimization.Gradual study results are as follow:(1) The developing of the vapor compression/heat pipecompound environmental control system provides new technology for substantial energy-savingand emission reduction for computer room air conditioning system.(2) The air conditioning systemis modular production which is convenient for large-scale production and can decrease themanufacture cost.(3) Conduct the dynamical separate heat pipe performance test was carried out,the experiment data shows:(a) The cooling performance of separate heat pipe at the settingconditions meets designed specifications, verified the parameter matching of heat pipe system isrationality and practicality.(b) The cooling capacity and COP of the heat pipe system areapproximately linear relationship with the temperature difference of indoor and outdoor, whichprovides the basic data for energy regulation of composite refrigeration system and design ofcontrol strategy.Dynamical separate type heat pipe system drove by pump is stable and reliable.(c)The problems of the stability of the gravity separate type heat pipe, simplify the installation of thesystem, facilitate the implementation of flow regulation and energy control were resolved.(4)Theheat pipe compound environment control system unit powered by separate type heat pipe system which have significant energy saving and emission reduction advantages is particularly applicableto all-weather environment control system of high thermal flux electronic integrated system, forexample, high-performance computer and base station. |
