Along with the gradually development of science and technology, people’s requirements of life quality is also constantly improving, with more attention paid to the safety and comfort of car, it was found that although the ABS antilock brake technology in the process of the vehicle’s breaking, it can effectively shorten the braking distance, and to maintain good controllability and steering stability to a great extent, but in some braking cases, its performance is not ideal. Considering the reason of comfort level, Electronic brake-force Distribution technologies came into being and have been widely used, Electronic brake-force Distribution system is also called EBD (Electronic Brakeforce Distribution) system. The combination of EBD and ABS system can effectively enhance the braking performance, gradually accepted and recognized. So far, several automobile manufacturers at home and abroad has anti-lock braking system as a standard security configuration of car. This article first introduces the general working principle of the braking system, secondly has a detail description on the ABS system and the EBD system principle and composition, then analyzes each control algorithm, finally determine the guidance on the theory of the fuzzy PID control algorithm, DSP TMS320F2812digital signal processing controller as the core, designed the hardware control circuit of the braking system, And details the design principle and method of the circuit, final paper gives the composition of software function modules of the software flow chart, and using SIMULINK tool in MATLAB for the system simulation, it can be seen from the simulation results, the system design is reasonable, it can achieve the expected control effect.
