| Air-conditioning compressor is the core component of air-conditioners. Traditional fixed-speed air-conditioner compressor use in single-phase asynchronous motor. the motor uses a simple switch-mode control. Its power loss, temperature fluctuations and noise are very large that bring impact damage to the compressor. With the improvement of living standards and energy shortage problems, the frequency control technology is applied to the air conditioner. The inverter compressor will replace conventional fixed-speed compressor. The frequency control technology will allow the compressor to reduce the opening and stop times, reduce the temperature fluctuations, to increase comfort, to obtain better results and the realization of air-conditioning energy saving requirements.Air-conditioning system is a typical multiple-input multiple-output characteristic with a large time delay nonlinear systems. Air-conditioning compressor to frequency control, need to obtain the frequency of the value of the compressor in accordance with the change of room temperature. Due to it is difficult to obtain that the precise mathematical model of air-conditioning systems, and they have the larger time constant, the traditional PID adjustment is not only time-consuming and laborious. Its performance indicators are also not satisfactory. Therefore, I will introduce the fuzzy control technology to air-conditioning compressor frequency control. The fuzzy controller use room temperature and changes in rate as the input and frequency of the compressor as the output. For improving the control accuracy, stability and reliability of air-conditioning system, whether from the perspective of academic research, or in engineering applications, these are of considerable practical significance.This article discussed and analysed from the frequency control technology of the three-phase asynchronous motor, inverter air conditioner control strategy. First of all, the fuzzy control technology is applied to air-conditioning compressor frequency control. In accordance with the rules of fuzzy control to establish and practical operating experience, I designed a fuzzy controller of air-conditioning compressor which made air-conditioning compressor with self-adjusting intelligent features, so as to arrive at the best dynamic control parameters, to overcome the low precision PID controller and to eliminate steady-state error.Then SVPWM is elaborated on the basic principles of space vector modulation (SVPWM) and its implementation is discussed. The advanced SVPWM modulation technology is used in inverter compressor. So the compressor can adjust its cooling (heat) quantity continuously, dynamicly and real-timely based on different indoor cold (hot), and always maintain at a more reasonable functioning state. The controller can further improve the utilization rate of voltage and frequency resolution, make the compressor running more smoothly, improve the efficiency of air-conditioning, and obtain the effect of saving energy and reducing consumption. |
