Welding is widely used in the production of automobile body in automobile manufactory. The automobile product line is affected by the tap and high efficiency of the work scheduling of resistance spot welding system. So the optimization of resistance spot welding system is significant to ensure the tap and enhance the efficiency of the welding pipeline.The optimization of scheduling of resistance spot welding system is a class of complex combinatorial optimization problems with multi-objective, discreteness, strong constraints and so on. Paper first studies on the current structure of resistance spot welding system, by requirement analysis, finds out optimization strategy of capacity limitation of resistance spot welding system meets with basic production requirements, but exists inadequatly in symmetry of the power and the number of welding machines. To solve the problems on strategy of capacity limitation of resistance spot welding system, a mathematics model of multi-objective optimization is set up with circuit theory when resistance spot welding system works, the related parameters or function close with production are selected for research. For the feature of multi-objective of resistance spot welding system scheduling, paper puts forward for objects for model optimization:number of welding machine online, mean work cycle, voltage ripple of power, and the power factor of transformer.(Paper)ises the weight coefficient to transfer the multi-objective optimization of resistance spot welding system scheduling to single-objective problem. At the same time, it is also considered that the target value of voltage drop and power coefficient can be controlled within a certain range. The two target function can be dealt by changing to constraint condition, to simplify the final evaluation function.By calculating and solving the target function of resistance spot welding system scheduling model, it is easy to find out the optimal solution for the model quickly to optimize the scheduling of resistance spot welding system, and solve the problems existing in resistance spot welding system, in the case that discrete PSO is used, the few parameters is adjusted. When discrete OPS is used, the calculation is fast to enhance the respond speed and decision making speed.
