| In recent years, domestic metro construction had a lot of accidents in succession and brought about serious injuries and property loss. That metro accidents frequently happen has increased the risks of construction These risks not only caused cost increasing and time prolonging of project, but also couldn’t meet the construction requires, and brought huge hazards to the society.There are many uncertain factors during the period of metro construction, and the uncertain factors will go through each period. So it’s necessary to have a general and systemic risk analysis, at the mean time give the ways to avoid risks. The purpose of risk analysis is to reduce the accidents and the loss of risks.The paper is based on the theory of risk analysis in the thesis, adopting qualitative method, quantitative method and qualitative-quantitative method. According to the characters of Shenyang metro line-1and processing the line of risk analysis, the paper use some methods such as risk identification, risk assessment and risk evaluation to analyze the construction risks of Shenyang metro line-1.The paper carries out a statistical analysis on the domestic metro construction accidents in recent years, sets up the metro construction safety risk evaluation system in angle of accident causes. Metro construction safety risk factors are complicated, assessment fuzzy and happening random, in response to the features above, the paper establishes metro construction safety risk evaluation (CIM) model. Then, it applies the model to do risk evaluation on the construction of Shenyang metro Line-1section between Baogong Street station to Tiexi Square station. At last, it sets up comprehensive responses against metro construction accidents on the base of evaluation result. |
