As a new type of steel-concrete structures, Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular Stub Columns with Crumb Rubber were developed based on the crumb rubber concrete and the concrete-filled steel tube. It has a powerful bearing capacity and favorable tensibility performance. Its development is based on the crumb rubber concrete and the concrete-filled steel tube with a series of characteristics. It can improve the performance of materials better, so it is necessary to study of Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular Stub Columns with Crumb Rubber.Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular Stub Columns with Crumb Rubber studied in this paper is adding rubber partical with fixed proportion in the concrete-filled steel tube.At the same time,the specimen keep the volume same. Through the finite element analysis software ANSYS to calculation axial compression with the rubber concrete-filled steel tubular. Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular Stub Columns with Crumb Rubber was simulated by two different methods, and then analys the specimen with different volumes of concrete filled steel tube diameter of the rubber particles of different composition of the steel rubber concrete numerical analysis. From the ultimate load-displacement, load-strain relationship, stress diagram, strength coefficient, stiffness coefficient, etc. were on Concrete-Filled Steel Tubular Stub Columns with Crumb Rubber under axial compression was analyzed and compared. Meanwhile, steel concrete and steel rubber concrete force of two specimens were compared. Relative error with the numerical results, the test results and the calculation results of the comparison.The conclusion given in this paper can be used to know mechanical behavior and work mechanism of crumb rubber concrete-filled steel tubular stub columns and to supply scientific basis and technical support for engineering design in some degree. |
